Replying to a post is as easy as other work, just need few clicks.
There are 2 ways to reply a post, One is quick method and other is bit long but both are easy.
1) If you look at any post, at the end of page, you will see quick reply forum. You can write your reply in it and submit

2) Or alternatively you can click on "New reply" button and you will go to new page, there you can write reply and submit it. You can add smilies, add attachments as well.
