To make your lips appear fuller, use a deep shade of lipcolor at the outside corners of lips. Then apply a lighter lipcolor (in similar shade) to the center of the lips. Remember that light brings forward, dark recedes.

Yes, Right and It seems like every day a new cosmetics company is popping up on the internet claiming to have the one lip enlargement product that really works. We all know that most of them probably are just a waste of good money.

If you have dry lips, they probably look scaly - not full and plump like we all want. Hydrating them from the inside and the outside will help get the desired look.
Drink water! It is the easiest way to hydrate your body. Although the jury is still out on whether it will actually help our skin's moisture level, I tend to gravitate to thinking, it can't hurt! And possible will help, so drink away!
