1: Go to Menu
2: Go to Setting
3: Go to Connection
4: Go to Access Points
5: Go to Connection
6: Go to Access Points "mms"
7: Go to Option=> Advance Setting
8: Network type "IPv4"
Phone Ip address "Automatic"
DNS address "Automatic"
Proxy server address "212.166.64.10"
9: Now active data Connection
